FAT BURNING JUICE RECIPE:
- 1 Cucumber diced
- 3 Sliced Pineapple pieces
- 1 Cup of parsley
How to drink this?
This is pretty simple, just put all the ingredients in a blender and churn till everything is smooth. Pour it in a glass, add ice if you want and drink this on empty stomach every morning. Do not add any sugar in it, pineapple has enough natural sugars to make this juice tasty.
You may have your breakfast after or along with this juice, this is safe for children too.
Note: Try to use fresh ingredients and avoid using canned pineapples as they are mostly full of added sugars.
