You need:

  • ½ gallon water
  • 6 wedges pink grapefruit
  • 1 small orange

Process: You need half a cup cool green tea, juice of ½ lemon and 1 banana blended in.This drink is a little difficult to prepare because it requires blending, juicing and tea brewing.

Uses: The EGCG in the green tea works together with the lemon juice in order to detox your body rapidly. EGCG is absorbed better in an acidic environment and in a combination with minerals like the potassium from the banana. Another great thing about this juice is that it tastes very nice.
