•    DINNER: chicken and salad

THURSDAY
•    BREAKFAST: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit
•    LUNCH: fruit only
•    DINNER: chicken and salad

FRIDAY
•    BREAKFAST: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit
•    LUNCH: steamed veggies and 2 eggs
•    DINNER: fish and salad

SATURDAY
•    BREAKFAST: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit
•    LUNCH: fruit only
•    DINNER: veggies and chicken

SUNDAY
•    BREAKFAST: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit
•    LUNCH: tomato salad, chicken, steamed veggies
•    DINNER: steamed veggies
